Return Policy

Viora 60-Day Return Policy

Viora offers a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it unopened, unused, with all original packaging and safety seals intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order enters processing for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care items (opened supplements, beauty products)
  • hazardous materials or flammable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for your desired item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

As with all returns, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Restocking Fee

If a returned item arrives in any condition other than its original unopened state, Viora reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.
