SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping (varies by destination).
You will receive:
An order confirmation email after checkout
A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package has been dispatched
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Viora does not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always do our best to have your order delivered on or before the estimated time.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before submitting your order.
Orders may be delayed if we need to contact you to correct inaccurate information.
Your package may be delivered by either your local postal service or a local courier. Most orders arrive with your regular mail. If no one is home, your courier or postal service may leave a notice with pickup or redelivery instructions.
We do not re-ship packages returned due to:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- customer unavailability
- failure to pick up held packages
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Viora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Your local customs office may require extra documents or inspection time to clear your package, which may result in additional delays beyond our estimated delivery window.
You are responsible for ensuring your order complies with your country’s import rules.
Viora is not liable for orders rejected or held by customs due to restricted items or local regulations.
If your package is confiscated or rejected by customs, we are unable to replace it free of charge. You may contact us to request a replacement order at an additional cost.
